What information do we collect?

Information you provide: When ordering on this site, registering for an account, or using our online services, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or other details. Credit card orders are processed through 3rd parties such as Stripe, Inc. or PayPal; no credit card numbers are stored on Lunaverus servers.

User Content (Online Transcription Service): When you use our web-based transcription services, we collect and store the content you submit, including audio files, video files, text, and other media ("User Content"). We also store the transcripts, file settings, user actions and modifications, and output generated by our system from this content.

Automatic Data Collection: When you access our website or use our online services, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:

Desktop Software Specifics: When using our downloadable desktop software, information about the hardware and operating system of the computer may be collected in order to create a license unique to that computer and to prevent copying of licenses from one computer to another. Unique hardware or software IDs may also be sent by the software to the Lunaverus server whenever the software checks for updates, sends bug reports, sends user feedback, or checks for the expiration of the software trial. You can disable automatic checks for updates under "Preferences" in the AnthemScore file menu. Bug reports are never sent automatically--only when the user specifically grants permission after a program crash occurs. User feedback is always voluntarily submitted by the user through the program, website, or by email. In addition, we may collect data on the frequency and usage of specific software features in order to improve the software. You can opt out of feature usage reporting by unchecking the "Send usage information" box under "Preferences" in the AnthemScore file menu.
