What information do we collect?
When ordering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or other details to place a purchase. Credit card orders are processed through 3rd parties such as Stripe, Inc. or PayPal, so no credit card numbers are stored on Lunaverus servers.
An IP address is a number associated with your computer for accessing content on the internet. We collect IP addresses to monitor internet traffic. Each time you request one of our webpages, our server logs your IP address. We may attempt to use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our terms of service or to protect our site, service, or users.
When using our software, information about the hardware and operating system of the computer may be collected in order to create a license unique to that computer and to prevent copying of licenses from one computer to another. Unique hardware or software IDs may also be sent by the software to the Lunaverus server whenever the software checks for updates, sends bug reports, sends user feedback, or checks for the expiration of the software trial. You can disable automatic checks for updates under "Preferences" in the AnthemScore file menu. Bug reports are never sent automatically--only when the user specifically grants permission after a program crash occurs. User feedback is always voluntarily submitted by the user through the program, website, or by email. In addition, we may collect data on the frequency and usage of specific software features in order to improve the software and provide a better user experience. You can opt out of feature usage reporting by unchecking the "Send usage information" box under "Preferences" in the AnthemScore file menu.
